This is 'Dress Up Maggie' from Sugar Nellie, the patterned papers are Basic Grey Phoebe with a little stitching using Bazzill 'In Stitc'z' template. It still needs a sentiment but I am waiting for my ne Stampin' Up stamps to arrive !!
