In Color Love !

Hello again everyone, thank you for all the recent visits to my little blog , I really appreciate that you stop by and spend a moment with me :)

Anyway , I've been talking about In Colors these past few days and so I decided to have a little time with the gorgeous current collection , Pistachio Pudding, Baked Brown Sugar, Strawberry Slush, Coastal Cabana and Crisp Canteloupe, just the sound of them is bright and cheery!

Here's a little creation using all of the colours except Baked Brown Sugar , sorry BBS you'll get your turn on the blog tomorrow LOL ! The stamps are the gorgeous Mixed Bunch and any stamp set that has a matching punch is a sure winner with me as my hand cutting skills are atrocious ...

The background was stamped with the Gorgeous Grunge stamps set, this is a real dark horse , easily overlooked in the catalogue but boy it's a keeper , controlled splashes amd splatters make such fabulous backgrounds ,I highly recommend it as 'staple' of your collection.

A little flourish of Linen Thread and a flash of the Chevron ribbon from the Spring catalogue and this is card was complete, I hope you like it :)

Hello ! I am so excited to have joined Stampin' Up! ...

And as it's Sale A Bration time it's a fabulous time to sign up :)

As a Demonstrator you get chance to order all the luscious new goodies first, how cool is that ! I've already been having a little play with some new stash and I have so many idea's buzzing in my head I think it might burst , I put that all down to the amazing products and the way everything co-ordinates just perfectly.

Anyway , without further ado here's my first 'official' Stampin' Up! card ....

I loved these refreshing colours , they really make me smile :) The palette used is Pool Party, Crisp Cantaloupe and Summer Starfruit. The gorgeous Designer Series Paper is the 'Sweet Sorbet' Collection , I've featured it on the card itself and the beautiful background paper is also from the set, the best thing is that its FREE during Sale A Bration when you spend £45, believe me there are so many lovelies to choose from you'll have no trouble LOL !

Here's a close up so that you can see the stamped flowers using the Mixed Bunch stamp set and matching punch and the cutest little envelope which was a breeze to make with the envelope punch board ...
