I am happy to report that despite much festive munching of Christmas goodies at the Wyverstone Christmas Crop I have managed to lose 3.5 lbs in weight this week and that all added up to me getting my first 1 Stone award at Slimming World last night ...to say I am pleased is an understatement ! I had promised myself a new bead for my bracelet for every stone that I lose so I am off to online shop for a bead now :-)
