Happy Easter blog readers ! I have been busy baking this weekend, some very chocolatey Mini Egg cupcakes (above) and some pretty pink cuppies especially for Lulu , trouble was I made them in silicone cupcake cases and I was very disappointed with the results....Oh well, you live and learn !
There is lots of chocolate to be eaten today , hope fully the sun will shine for a while and we can go and have coffee down at the waterfront, I hope you all have a lovely day.
